The 2XZ-C series is a direct-drive, two-stage, oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pump that reaches an ultimate vacuum of 1 Pa in a compact, low-noise package. A gas ballast valve lets it pump minor amounts of water vapour, a forced oil-inlet device keeps operation stable, and oil anti-suck-back protection guards the system on shutdown. Larger models add oil-mist collectors. It is widely used in refrigeration, medical, chemical, semiconductor, aerospace and laboratory applications, with speeds from 2 to 25 L/s.
