Tube-Heated Oil Diffusion Vacuum Pump

The EODT oil diffusion pump is heated by several heating tubes connected in parallel, which shortens start-up time and lets individual tubes be replaced without taking the pump apart. It obtains high vacuum in the 10⁻¹–10⁻⁵ Pa range with high pumping speed, and adds an observation window, oil filling and discharge ports, temperature control and overheat protection for safe, convenient operation. Optional silicone oil keeps oil-return rates low. It serves vacuum coating and furnaces, electronics, aerospace, metallurgy, biomedical and titanium-sponge production. Pumping speeds span 3,100 to 11,000 L/s.
