The EV series is a dry, oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump that delivers clean vacuum with stable performance and easy maintenance. It runs air-cooled at low temperature and noise, with an exhaust muffler and an environmental-protection design for a long service life. Because there is no oil in the pumping path it suits LED lighting, semiconductor, packaging and printing, food and pharmaceutical processes, with air flows from 16 to 48 m³/h.
