A high-efficiency oil remover is a coalescing filter that captures oil aerosols and fine particulate from compressed air, bringing outlet oil content down to between 0.1 and 0.001 ppm depending on grade. It protects downstream processes, dryers and pneumatic tools from oil carry-over, operating at 0.7–1.0 MPa across intake temperatures of 0–50 °C. The range spans 2.6 to 152 m³/min with a choice of connection sizes.
